Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place was well suited to our needs. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and check-out. We would stay again since the place lends itself to a more noisy environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

The house was fabulous! the staff was amazing and super quick to respond. We Uber from CDMX and arrived before our check in time and they were kind enough to let us in early. The place was spotless even thought we had booked the night before. The pool was amazing, they had lots of balls to play with, the kids loved it. the linens and pillows were amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked and it couldn't had been more fun even for one night. The view and sounds of the water behind us were great. The stairs were steep and a lot, but it made sense for how beautiful the house was, we didn't mind them.

The place is very quiet and with great space to be with the family, in our case with small dogs, the cleanliness is impeccable and I imagine they smoke frequently because we did not see insects typical of the area, only the classic mosquitoes and ants that are not a problem in themselves, it is very convenient that two of the rooms have air conditioning which makes rest not a problem even in a time of intense heat, there is a self-service shop a few meters away which is very convenient to buy food, ice or almost anything, they were always attentive to any doubt and always very friendly with us, certainly a place to return. Great experience in every way

The place is lovely and very big! We loved everything, you feel like you're in a hacienda away from everything and in peace; the pool is very nice and a very good size and what you pay for the boiler is worth it because the water does heat up, the garden is also large and very well maintained. The rooms have everything you need, they are very clean and the fans they have are enough to sleep super comfortably if it is very hot. The living room and dining room are very large and comfortable, and it also has a TV room that serves as a study. But the best of all is the attention of the house staff, they go out of their way for their work and for being great hosts and they succeed, they resolve, they are attentive, and they even help you with your food purchases if you need it. The location is very central and everything is close by in case you forgot to bring something. We would definitely return to this great place!!

I really enjoyed staying at this magical place. The property had a lot of beauty to offer. The room felt natural and made with a lot of care. The property was lush. I loved being able to meditate and practice yoga in the temple space. Pretty close to town but felt like another world. I really hope to return.

A very quiet space to rest and enjoy each of its spaces

Mr. Miguel was attentive at all times and answered all the questions we had. The cabin is in a quiet area and has privacy. Right next to it is a well-stocked shop where you can get firewood for the campfire for $100. The only thing is that the shower has a trick to use and the hot water doesn't last long, so you have to take express baths (5 minutes). Maybe we didn't know how to turn on the boiler or if it had a fault Everything else was fine, it's a cozy place, ideal to rest from the noise of the city.

This chalet is a beautiful one. Very comfortable beds, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace is excellent. The space to leave the vehicles was great. The area is quite quiet and enjoyable which was very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and treated us with courtesy. We'll probably be back soon!

Excellent place. Much larger than what you see in the photos. Very clean and with everything you could need. The beds smell good and are very comfortable. The fireplace is wonderful.
