This apartment is right in the heart of the action, yet calm and peaceful in the evening. I am so glad we found this place for our first trip to Galena! Michael was very responsive in communication and great to work with. The apartment was big & super clean. Water pressure in the shower was good, towels were plush and nice. Bed comfy and there are great views out the window. You literally look down on Main Street which is very cool. We did not use the kitchen, but did use the living room to lounge in. Couch was nice; I even took a short nap on it. I highly recommend this listing!!

We had a great long weekend in Galena! The apartment had everything we needed and was an ideal location. Michael communicated necessary info ahead of time and we didn’t have any trouble while we were there. Definitely plan to come back!

The place was in a perfect spot right above the Main Street. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Location was great for dropping off bags while shopping so we didn’t have to carry everything all day. The place was very clean and the perfect space for our girls weekend! The host was very responsive when I reached out about a question and got back to me almost right away. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was great! We loved the location and being able to access amenities at Eagle Ridge. The condo was clean and accurately described. We would highly recommend.

We loved this rental! It was in the very center of downtown Galena with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The dedicated parking spot was a joy to have with how busy the area gets on a weekend and so conveniently close to the apartment. The rental was pristine and beautiful as well. We really appreciated the list of recommendations for different kinds of activities and dining and enjoyed quite a few of them. Ashlee was quick to respond when we messaged her with a concern. 10/10 will book again when in the area.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Walkable and right in the heart of Galena.

A friend and I stayed in this beautifully appointed apartment for 3 nights. This is a very well thought out, finely decorated space. The decor is attractive and high quality. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there are many nice touches throughout the apartment such as robes, nice dishes and glass ware, toiletries and good security. The place is located centrally to Main Street for dining and shopping and within walking distance to most of the attractions of Galena. There are two main entrances to the hallways leading to the individual apartments. One is from Main Street and the other is from Bench St. I will say that while the Bench St entrance itself is very nice, the building is on a street that has seen better days. I hope the rest of the buildings will follow suit to improve their street appeal because the first impression made us wonder if we had the right address. We expected from the photos that this would be in a better kept area.

Suite 303 in Ulysses Suites was the most luxurious and pristine Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolute heaven. Beautiful, clean, convenient, and comfortable. Even the common areas outside of the suites were gorgeous and spotless. I love that the lobby has still and sparkling water on tap. This was worth every penny.

We were so excited to find Cynthia’s place! Our family gets together yearly for Christmas in June and we we’re lucky enough to find Cynthia’s place last minute! It was perfect for what we needed! A space for our 12 year old and dog friendly! Really loved that she provided a small pack of water! That was a nice touch! Thank you! We will be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb that Diane owns. The place is beautiful and comfortable and the location is ideal for spending lots of time downtown walking, eating, and drinking. No need to drive! We will for sure be back here again. The bed is so so so comfy!!!! Diane does an amazing job of making the place feel welcoming. She is also flexible with checkin which was a lifesaver for this trip! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Diane!

Our stay was wonderful. We wanted to stay in town, but not at a B&B. s Jack's place was perfect and he couldn't have been friendlier. Great location, true to the pictures, precise instructions to get in. The window cleaners set off the fire alarm in the building and he was quick to reach out to us with an apology. Jack recently acquired this building and gave us a tour of the other units and common area he's rehabbing. He has kept the historical touches and lined the walls in the building with photographs taken by his mother. Complimentary coffee is offered from his coffee shop downstairs, and the employee couldn't be friendlier. It's been a while since we've been to Galena, and we'll definitely be back soon and staying here!

It was really nice to be within walking distance of downtown and a short drive from other attractions.

Was a very nice place to stay. A few steps but great exercise! Well done apartment, only thing was that there could of been a few extra towels. Good thing we only stayed 2 days or we would of had to do laundry. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Galena. This was a great place to stay. All of the shops and restaurants were walkable. And it was still quiet. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

This condo is perfect for a little getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bed was comfortable! The jet tub was relaxing and perfect for 2 people! Downfall is that the shower head is VERY small and there’s a weird clunking behind the toilet, in the plumbing.
