A stay on the edge of perfection. Beautiful house, very pleasant, faithful to its description and allowing relaxation, relaxation and rest. In addition, the owner knows how to be present with responsiveness when needed, and to be more discreet. Which, for me, is both valuable and reassuring. I highly recommend it.

We had a great family stay at Cyril's place. This house is very well equipped and perfectly matches the description. The location is ideal, quiet and at the same time close to Aubenas. Cyril is very responsive and very kind. I will gladly return to his house in Ardèche.

This location and property with extensive grounds is fantastic. The property is beautiful and well presented for guests. We loved running and walking in the local area as well as driving for days out to river beaches and local towns and markets. The on-site caretaker is efficient and attentive. We enjoyed conversing with him and having time with his dog. We had a fabulous stay, surrounded by great views and nature and it was lovely to have the town to walk to. We had a heatwave during our stay and it was difficult to reduce temperatures for sleeping in main house and the tower. Also worth noting that the bedrooms are in 3 separate buildings. We were aware of this and it worked well for our group. We would definitely consider booking this property in the future.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation, like stepping into paradise. Last bit of the road unpaved, probably not suitable for a low slung sports car But we managed easily with our over packed family car. Gaelle is a superb host, extremely attentive.

Relaxing weekend with family, our two children and our dog, we had a wonderful time. Kristin is a great host, flexible, smiling and with good advice. The place was very peaceful, quiet. The children loved the ping pong table and enjoyed meeting the donkeys. We went on two beautiful hikes, it was very nice to discover the Ardèche in this way. Very clean and extremely well-equipped house. The view is just beautiful. I recommend +++

We had a particularly nice week in this house. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the covered outdoor space with cozy stove and the tastefully decorated house were fantastic for our family. We enjoyed it wonderfully. In the extensive manual, chef Stéfan was recommended. This was a hit. Super delicious dinner at home. The area was a little less but if you are willing to sit in the car for half an hour this is a great location. Recommended 👍

I had an exceptional weekend in this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect: the pool, the jacuzzi, the terrace... a true haven of peace. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, and you feel good there right away. A big thank you to hosts for their hosting and availability. 100% recommend and will come back without hesitation!

It was just great! The hosts were very friendly, helpful, gave good tips and always responded very quickly to inquiries. The whole apartment was lovingly furnished and very clean. The amenities left nothing to be desired for us. The dinner offered with several courses was great. At the pool, there is a deck chair, bathrobe and bath towel for each guest. Guests can help themselves at the small bar. The huge garden offers many beautiful places to discover. Cool, there's even a charging station for electric cars. We felt very comfortable in Simone's apartment. Upon arrival, we already had the first contact and instructions on how to get into the apartment. Once there, everything was very clean and tidy (i.e. everything as described). Simone and her husband live upstairs of the house and are very friendly and helpful. We received tips on what to do and discover in the region. Otherwise, you only see the two of them when they are taking care of their garden. When we arrived, some bottles of water were already cold in the refrigerator, which made us very happy. Thank you also for the little Monélimar specialty. Next to the property is the sports field of a larger school; it didn't bother us at all. Simone and her husband speak (what else) French; I can't say anything about another language now. We recommend the place at any time.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is as described, renovated with great taste, super well-equipped, it's very pleasant, not to mention the little touches that don't appear anywhere but that are so nice that it transforms the place into a real favorite. Florence was very available, not stingy with advice and very accommodating. In short, to be repeated without a doubt.

We miss the superlatives to talk about our stay at Aisha's!! - top cottage! (in total there are 3): great location (25 minutes from Valon Pont d 'Arc) quiet, functional, typical of the region and carefully decorated. The bedding is impeccable (including the sofa bed!). There is absolutely nothing missing in terms of amenities. The Air conditioning was very appreciated. The 3 cottages are very distinct from each other and perfectly harmonize around the common areas (gym, beautiful and large swimming pool very well maintained, summer kitchen etc.) and the estate is large enough for everyone to have their independence as they wish.... but we greatly appreciated the fact that we are not totally alone and isolated. We were able to have great encounters. And what about Aisha!!! She is amazing! caring, kind, caring for her vacationers while being very discreet. A Love!! Thank you bcp Aîcha

A piece of paradise in the middle of the vineyards. Véronique and Pascal are charming and very discreet. We were able to discuss their passion and their art with them. They are fascinating. Our accommodation was perfect, just like the description. The ceilings are low upstairs but as indicated in the description, no surprise. Perfect bedding and a very nice soothing decoration. I highly recommend it. We'll be back, I think.

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment, for a business trip. We were able to walk to the center of Valencia as well as to the convention center. The accommodation was very nice, we had a good stay. We recommend this accommodation, no question!
