Holiday rentals with breakfast in Joanópolis

It was an amazing experience. Flawless place, clean, with products to maintain cleanliness, the option of a small fee to request cleaning. Because it is a region with many insects, they are careful to leave repellents but taken in spray. They respond quickly, always. Breakfast was a differentiator from other Chalets and is VERY worth it, all fresh, varied and delivered to the chalet door for you to consume at your leisure. Nothing but praise for this stay.

Rosse and Fernando's house is delicious. We went as 2 couples of friends and had privacy, comfort and a wonderful view of the nature around us. Everything worked well and what - for a while - didn't work was promptly resolved by the owners. New house, clean, clean, well-equipped, excellent bedding, properly sanitized bathroom. A separate case is the educational trail within the property: well assembled, with very well written signs about the history and botany of the region, apart from the Viewpoint that brings you a breathtaking scenery. The access road is full of gravel, okay for an ordinary car despite the holes, but no hassles with getting stuck. I recommend days of rest (or even work) there, it has a perfect room for a home office overlooking the forest. And the plus: the property's dog, so cute!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole plot itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

The stay was perfect! The support of Loreta and Nivaldo from the beginning was unique. The chalet is fully equipped — full kitchen, BBQ area, internet and TV running super well. We love breakfast and rain dumpling (rs). Maya, the space dog, is a princess: super docile and cheerful. It came to welcome us and got along with our dog, which is sometimes 8 or 80 (rs). The green area is beautiful, with a lot of peace and quiet — a true haven of the city.

Great stay, all very clean and organized! The view is beautiful, it has a lot of privacy. Gabriela was a sweetheart, responds quickly and was very helpful. We want to go back!

Amazing place, Ludmila and her husband are very friendly and always willing to help, we really enjoyed our stay. The fact that our pet couldn't be alone got in the way of our plans, but in the end it went well. The space is all closed so that the Pet does not leave... a lot of grass and the breakfast is very very very good! I also want to come back so I can eat the bread fermented by them again :D Thank you.

Great stay! The cottage was all decorated for Christmas, well-kept garden and very clean bed and bath linens. The hostess recommended a breakfast spot in front of the chalet, at a super fair price and that treated us super well! I highly recommend it for those who don't mind short trips (1km) and for those who travel with pets! See you soon 🤗

My chalet experience was wonderful! Since the arrival, we have been very well received by Ronaldo, who was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the stay. His service made a big difference! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, providing a quiet and welcoming environment. Breakfast is excellent, with variety, flavor and a lot of whim. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, all very well taken care, which demonstrates the affection and professionalism with which the place is maintained. The accommodations are also great: comfortable, organized and with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Without a doubt, I recommend and intend to return!

About the stay: simply wonderful, everything clean, wonderful breakfast, lots of peace, perfect atmosphere for those who want to rest. About the host: Mr. Adilson is speechless, made us very comfortable, good conversation, good sightseeing tips, very polite and makes the best scrambled egg I've ever had. My husband and I loved everything. Already thinking about coming back soon! The Pousada Beija Flor family are great hosts, Mr. Adilson, his wife and children.

Super recommend it, it is already the 3rd time we stayed at Oak Plaza and we have always been very well received by Leila and César. Super attentive commissary, now with breakfast has gotten even better. I feel at home when we are there.

Once again returning to this great apartment. Very complete, clean, everything as shown in the photos and in perfect condition. Close to everything and you really don't need to take a car to do anything, you can do everything on foot when you want to eat, drink, shop and enjoy the band shows in MV. Full spectacular breakfast. We'll be back more often.

Richard and his wife were great hosts! We were served very well, with sympathy and tranquility, as well as having been very helpful when we need their support. The suite is great, ideal for a couple on short trips around Monte Verde. Breakfast is sensational. We recommend it!

Adilson is always kind and helpful. As for the Property, simple, but everything was very clean and cozy, I felt as if I were at home or at the home of a relative or dear friend. The only thing to complain about is the distance from the center, but I believe it is also one of the reasons for so much tranquility. I definitely recommend it and will return if I need to go to that region.

We had a great stay! The hosts treated us with so much hospitality that we felt at home. It was our second visit to the site, and once again we were positively surprised. They are very nice and welcoming people. The chalet was impeccable, super clean, and well-maintained. And the breakfast? Simply the best we've ever tasted! We can't wait to go back again. My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Rosa's inn, we took our Golden and it was super quiet. Everything was extremely clean and organized, Rosa always served us a super tasty breakfast. The only negative points are the location, which is a little far from the center of Monte Verde, and the road is under renovation, so it becomes dangerous for drivers with little skill because it is very dark. I'm already used to roads, so it was easy. I highly recommend the stay and especially Rosa's care. Inn with wonderful landscaping.

Very helpful and polite hosts, from the first contact. The cottage is very clean, great hydro, well-equipped kitchen. The place is a little far away with a little dirt road, but this ensures a unique tranquility. The view from the pool is wonderful! Delicious breakfast, sweet and savory mini croissants of excellent quality... we loved it! We recommend it without so much as a second thought, and God willing, we'll be back.

Look, it was an amazing stay. This was our first trip with car access. Then we could afford to stay in a more remote place. And we chose well. The neighbors who make noise are little birds that won't shut up, but we don't care at all. About the cottage, it was much more spacious than I thought. Very good bathroom. We had some setbacks with the bathtub, but the host couple's support made all the difference so that it didn't reflect in the rating And the breakfast, my goodness, what a delicious breakfast. I woke up sad today when I remembered I wouldn't have that coffee. All done with affection and care. And finally, it was really worth it, the problems we had were promptly resolved by the hosts, and we will certainly return other times. To build even more pleasant memories like this.

Great stay. The cottage has all the necessary amenities and is super comfortable, the view is a differential. It is a 10-minute drive from the main avenue of Monte Verde. The host Alfredo was super friendly and helpful, gave us several tips on restaurants and attractions in the area.

The accommodation is super cozy, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The silence, the fresh air and the surrounding landscape make everything even more special. Maria Regina is an extremely attentive and helpful host, from the first contact to the end of the stay, she did everything she could to make me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience, especially for my son, because he had an opportunity to experience the planting of a tree, I highly recommend it.

The Flat is amazing, very cozy, impeccable storage, everything very new and organized. As the date we stayed was close to Valentine's Day, Débora surprised us with a special decoration, with heart lights, sparkling flower petals and chocolates, wonderful !!! Breakfast is simply amazing, everything is warm and delicious, delivered to the bedroom door at the appointed time. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Our accommodation was wonderful. The amazing room, the care of Célia and Daiane with the hostel and the precious breakfast. Davi was always very helpful and responded quickly. The location is easily accessible even with all the lush nature around. We'll be back for sure.
