Very good stay. Great location

A delightful house,where we gather the family around the table to remember the. pasado. cozy house with private bathrooms, an oratory that does not let us forget to thank for the opportunity to be with those we love. The beach is not very good,but it has a hose bath and a backyard area,for barbecue, sun and good laughs. Very good. Just don't forget to bring a fan. The heat is great. But where is it not hot. ??

I highly recommend it. The location is great, it is one street from the João Pessoa waterfront. Several restaurants nearby. The studio is well stocked, has cutlery, glasses, stove, refrigerator (which was already stocked with coffee and water, thank you!), sandwich maker, etc. So you can get by very well there. The service and communication are also wonderful. It's really worth it, 5 stars.

Our host Ana is an extremely helpful, friendly, communicative person and makes us comfortable. Very human and supportive. Always willing to help. We love staying at the house and sure that when we return to João Pessoa, we will have no difficulty knowing where to stay.

We really loved this place, and extended our stay a couple days just because we felt so comfortable. The beach is super close, and restaurants and other areas are easily accessible by walking or a short Uber ride. The house was perfect for our needs, and could easily accommodate a larger group. The host and manager were also very responsive, friendly and flexible. A perfect experience over all, and a great base to explore João Pessoa, which was wonderful. Thanks so much!

We had an excellent experience with this accommodation, the house is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and polite from the start. We arrived at dawn and he greeted us with joy and that made a lot of difference. The neighborhood is very good, close to the beach, restaurants, markets. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet stay with great service. We'll definitely be back!

initially I would like to talk about the check in, Karol was very flexible regarding the entry allowed us to enter a little before the time set by the app . In relation to the stay in the house was all as expected as shown in the listing , well centered location near the market on the waterfront 5 to 10 minutes walking. In relation to the garage fits up to two small cars, as we were in 3 vehicles one slept outside, according to Karol informed us that it was safe because on the street it had a security camera and the place was very quiet and in fact the street very quiet.. So our lodging was wonderful and when we think of us hosting João person Karol's stay will be a possibility...

The house is great, even better than the description in the listing, it's huge. Everything was organized. Adriana welcomed us with great cordiality and always gave us tips from suppliers. At check-out, she and her husband helped with the luggage. We will definitely be back.

Good Estadia!! We only found the house away from things, the nearest beach is 14 minutes walk and the super weird path, I think it's new allotment. But the other things all ok :)

Great location and wonderful leisure area. The two rooms are comfortable, with bathrooms and air conditioner. At the top of the house are the residents, but we have no contact unless they are entering or leaving the common area (garage). It has many mattresses , and by the pool there is a small room with a treliche, we take out the mattresses and put in the rooms and the living room to be more ventilated, because the room was small and warm. The house has fans, freezers, towels, bedding… It would surely come back more often. The pool is wonderful! We used the barbecue, and anything that was missing, the hosts quickly resolved.

Great place, 4 km from Penha beach, and next to other beaches, 6 km from the mangabeira mall, less than 1 km from the convention center. Very cozy place, and very private for your family to enjoy. Super recommend!

Considerate and helpful hosts, we feel as a family, we traveled a lot throughout Brazil and this accommodation was the best of all, especially for the hospitality and impeccable hygiene of the property, privacy and safety. The Hosts have shown us several local trades, waterfront and routes, are really differentiated, I recommend and thank this wonderful couple that God bless them today and always, we will come back other times.

Great accommodation, close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and the like... and the best, there are very few meters from the beach and safe surroundings. Dona Rosely very helpful and attentive. Worth it!
