We are completely comfortable during our stay. The apartment is very well organized, comfortable and is in an excellent location. In addition, Marisa and Márcia were extremely attentive and were always available for any need. We certainly intend to return soon.

Location is excellent, everything is nearby, clean, in front of the beach, impeccable reception and service, elevators available, everything is nearby, 24-hour markets, the room is spacious, but nothing was better than the shower, strong pressure and warm, it's really worth it.

I stayed for 7 nights and it was great. The view of the flat and the pool area are strengths. I would easily return to Romulo's property.

Very good and comfortable

I stayed in this spacious apartment for six weeks. It felt just like home and is in a great location in Manaíra. 🫶 Calm area of the city, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants to suit every taste. Two big shopping centres nearby too, LV Shopping and Manaíra Shopping with a choice of gyms to join. Highlights for me of the apartment were, the balcony with a hammock. I loved being lazy in the hammock and watching the world go by. And also the super well-equipped kitchen. It really does have everything you need. Because I was staying for just over a month, I cooked a lot and the kitchen made it easy. Finally, Waleska really is a super host! The best hosting experience I've had on Airbnb. She is proactive, helpful, responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely 5 stars for Waleska and this comfortable apartment in a great location in the wonderful city of João Pessoa.

We love the days we spent in Maria Letícia's apartment. It was all very good, especially as described in the listing. She and her father, Mr. Dady, have always been very attentive and flexible in everything we need, we just have to thank you. As a suggestion and for an even better stay, it would be good for them to put an air conditioner in the living room. I would definitely stay and recommend this property. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for a night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noises, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were in 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. I recommend the apartment and the condominium is a true paradise, foot in the sand, wonderful beach, our daughters love the pools, the toy library, zip line, it's worth it! The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
