Eduardos place felt like home! He is a great host, Eduardo responded immediately to our questions and needs. We couldn’t set up the TVs and Eduardo came in person and resolved the problem. Eduardo advised us on different places to visit as this was our first visit to GDL. Eduardo was responsive, positive and friendly! Each room had a bathroom and the house had all the comforts and amenities of home. Upstairs space was prestige and the view was spectacular another bathroom up there! We felt safe and comfortable at Eduardo’s place. The linens and the towels smelled terrific! I surely recommend his place to others and will gladly use this home again while visiting GDL!! Gracias Eduardo!!! It was a pleasure ❤️

Great host, great location. awesome pool and enemies. walking distance to several restaurants. we are a family of 7 and had plenty of space. my only quip was no AC during the day. I'm hot-natured so it was a little uncomfortable during late May. evening was cool with open windows after sun down. host has many fans available to cool off. overall, I would stay again

Todo estuvo perfecto, el lugar es tranquilo con mucho espacio para disfrutar de la naturaleza, fácil llegar, el clima estuvo muy bien, y la atención recibida estuvo excelente

I cannot describe how beautiful this home is. Easily the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The home is in a great part of town, easily walkable to restaurants and stores and feels very quiet and safe. The hosts communicated clearly and quickly. The rules are easy to follow and understand. I have never seen a better value air bnb and I doubt I will ever stay in a place this beautiful again in my life.

La casa esta muy bien ubicada, de un lado tienes una vista al lago y del otro a la montana, hay una bonita area verde y picina con agua a temperatura ambiente para relajarse y tomar el sol. La casa estaba impecable, ordenada, limpia, todo funcionaba... Sin duda me hospedaria aqui la proxima vez.

La dirección de fácil acceso, siempre al pendiente de los huéspedes, el alojamiento está sumamente espacioso y lindo, los baños con lo necesario, la alberca muy limpia pero heladisima🥶 las áreas verdes preciosas, ideal para muchas personas! Aldo siempre está atento a tu llegada, sin duda volvería a ir!

This place is beautiful and an amazing slice of Aijic! The place is very spacious and well decorated, our group felt comfortable with our rooms and bathrooms and the living area and kitchen were clean and good for large groups. We found it easy to navigate conversing with the hosts and the couple on the grounds were very kind and helpful. The best part of this pace is truly the outdoor space with the pool and terrace overlooking the lake!!

La estancia fue agradable en todos los aspectos. Casa limpia, cómoda y con amenidades que nos hicieron pasar una buena estancia en la casa. Cesar es un excelente anfitrión, ya que estuvo pendiente a nosotros y a los pequeños problemas que surgieran durante la estancia. El único inconveniente que le veo es la variedad de arañas e insectos dentro de la casa, aun con las ventanas cerradas. De ahí en más, recomendada para pasar un excelente fin de semana.

Great quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake. Access by foot to the main road and the malecon was facilitated by the pedestrian walkway. Great outdoor patio where we had all our meals and relaxed on the roomy furniture. We loved the place and felt at home.

La casa linda, amplia, super bien equipada y muy bonita vista. Tiene alberca grande (sin calefacción) y un jacuzzi delicioso que sí tiene agua caliente!! Jardín amplio, las albercas y una terrazita de comparten con otra casa, pero no tuvimos problema Lo único es que menciona que es para seis personas y aunque las camas son grandes, en realidad cómodamente solo caben 4, una persona tuvo que dormir en un sillón Nos vamos esperando regresar, Daniel muy amable

A very special house. For those who are seeking classic Mexico, this house is a goldmine find. It has been well used by a growing family. Evidence is everywhere from the slides and swings for young kids to the basket ball court with 2 baskets; one lower for little people and one higher for teens. There is also a small soccer field at the base of the property, nearest Lake Chapala, and a swimming pool, just right for cooling off and splashing around. The house itself is built with wings, one for boys, the other for girls. Two large bedrooms with multiple beds – we counted a total of 13 that included trundles and roll aways, but I imagine the owners would be careful about renting to large groups. There is a large master bedroom off the girls’ room with its own private bathroom and a rather monastic bedroom off the boys room, also with its own ¾ bath. My son and I shared the house with a Mexican family – parents with two young daughters. It was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time! Gaby and Mari, the caretakers, live in a little casita on the property, and are at your service whenever needed. They are friendly and hard working, Mari is particularly proud of having worked for the owner’s family for 21 years. Gaby and Mari have two lovely girls who were excellent playmates for ours. They don’t speak English, so knowing a little Spanish is very helpful. This is a family home in a very private and exclusive setting with lots of history. The view of Lake Chapala and the grounds are exquisite. The house itself is not perfect, it is in need of some paint and roof tiles, and shower pressure drops to nil whenever two showers are in use. However, it is very comfortable, spacious, and inviting. If you are a family and want a very special Mexican experience, this is the place for you!
