Our rancho employs up to five workers who take care of our avocado trees, strelitzias & peaches. Feel free to walk around the beautiful garden, cook with friends or family, ponder about life & enjoy the beauty of the place.

Cenote Negro Burrow (aka Studio)

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable spot on the edge of Laguna Bacalar's Cenote Negro. The studio, also called "The Burrow", is close to the water's edge, complete with a A/C, king sized bed, kitchen with small fridge, 2 burner stove and toaster oven, reverse osmosis water filter, large desk with high speed internet, and shared use of the dock (and kayaks/SUP). Perfect for a relaxing holiday and/or a work from paradise destination!

Casa Mosita is an excellent choice if you plan to explore the main attractions of this small town on foot, as we are located very close to downtown and to Calzada de los Frailes, which is full of small bars and cafés without the noise disturbing your rest. And to combat the heat in the area, we offer a half-roofed pool with truly cool water and an outdoor space with traditional local hammocks to make your stay more enjoyable!

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.
