There is a smoking table in the garden. There are no restaurants nearby because it is far from the city. Please have dinner before you arrive or bring your food. The kitchen includes water, a gas stove, dishes, pots, and frying pans. There is also a fire pit for barbecuing in the garden. It is a 5-minute drive to Naoetsu Beach, a 3-minute drive to Joetsu City Aquarium Museum, and a 3-minute drive, making it an easy location for sightseeing as well as sea activities, so you can fully enjoy the city of Naoetsu! There are also plenty of supermarkets, commercial facilities, and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about shopping. My house is a detached house. On the first floor are the dining room, kitchen with hardwood floor, and a full bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms. The Japanese room has a table with solid hinoki cypress table top. On the second floor are 2 rooms, which can be used as bedrooms. Rooms are with either wood flooring or tatami mats and you can spend your time comfortably. The house is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, washer, and daily necessities like cooking tools.
