Cozy and modern cottage with a location close to the sea. The cottage is very fresh, built in 2021. It is 30 sqm consisting of bedroom, bathroom and combined living room and kitchen. There is a double bed, 160 cm, and a sofa bed just right for two people, 160 cm. With us, the beds are always made when you arrive. Dining table with four chairs. The cottage is secluded on the hosts' property. Private patio. Swimming area and fishing opportunities about 300 meters away. Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life.
