Monthly Rentals in John H. Kerr Reservoir

Went on a three day fishing trip to Buggs Island lake, it was great to be able to back my boat in the garage and keep it out of the evening storms, very private place , peaceful and at night nature is alive and well outside, bright stars to look at and the bed was comfy. Great place to stay for a fishing trip

Pros: This place is exactly as described. Beautiful views and wonderful amenities. Loved all this house had to offer. It was definitely worth what we paid. The lake was clean and the dock was perfect for swimming. Very secluded and private. Cons: very tiny bathrooms/sinks. Beds weren’t made when we arrived, but atleast we knew the sheets were cleaned. Soooooo manyyyyyyy ticks and spiders (which we know the Airbnb doesn’t have much control over, being in the woods). Overall we had a wonderful week stay here and would come again.

We had a great time. We wished the water access was a little different but we found some boat ramps and water access areas within a couple miles from the home so it worked out for us. The house was great and clean.

William was an amazing host! Always responsive and extremely friendly to talk with. The property is amazing! We would have never had to leave the property except, of course, we went fishing on the lake. This place is perfect for a bro trip or a father/son getaway. We will definitely look to book with William next time we visit Clarksville and Buggs Island Lake.
