Beachfront holiday rental in Johns Pass

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental in Indian Shores! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with stunning sunsets every evening. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen, every little detail was thought of. Kamiron was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel cared for. The area itself was peaceful and family-friendly, and close to some great local restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this property for your stay. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Our little family of 3 had the most amazing time staying at Randy’s place. We have stayed in area each year for 16 years. We decided we are definitely coming back. It was perfect! Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

This condo was Perfect, newly remodeled, clean, all needed amenities, on the beach and close to lots of things to do. Can't wait to stay here again!!

I brought a group of teenagers for a girls week at the beach, and we loved this place! Steps from our room to the beach and directly across the street from John’s Pass, where the girls enjoyed the shops and water sports activities. The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of space - more than enough - for the 5 of us. Alex was super helpful in getting us checked in early as our flight had us arriving well before check in time. We would definitely come back!

Condo was very nice, beds were soft and comfy! Balcony at night was wonderful to relax can hear music from the bamboo garden across the way, or sit out there and watch the sun come up and enjoy your coffee. Stores close by. beach easy access. pool is a tad small and was a bit cold but the kids loved it! Family friendly condo/area.

Loved our time here! The condo is clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of beach towels and toys available in the unit. The beachfront view is beautiful! The host is also very responsive & friendly. Butterball, the feline groundskeeper greeted us when we arrived. Highly recommend!!

I love this place. The condo is just enough space, it’s spotless. Even with the storms that Florida had, the complex did a great job so far at restoring everything. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen, refrigerator and just everything is so clean. They supply a good amount of towels, beach towels etc. We are already booked for 2026 and have started the countdown. OH, and Ally the bartender is the best. Just an extra little perk to such a great quaint place.

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

Perfect place for a family vacation location is great . Beautiful apartment the only things that weren’t the best but is not owner fault is parking if you have a tall vehicle is limited because covered parking is low but i found parking since place wasn’t that packed but in a very busy time it might be an issue. Also pool is very small but again is not there fault is just was built like that. Place wasn’t great we are definitely going back in august

We just loved this place ! Beach chairs and towels were so nice to have. The view from the balcony is amazing . This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean ! The tiki bar was a fun addition too. Everyone was very friendly. We can’t wait to go back !

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Great view of the marina with lots of sea life. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The best location right across the street from the beach! We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom beach condo! Located on the 3rd floor, the view of the ocean from the balcony was simply stunning—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and the living room furniture made relaxing after a day at the beach feel like home. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the unit with beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. Speaking of the beach—it was beautiful, clean, and quiet, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The pool was also a great size and never felt crowded. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful the owner was whenever we had a question. It made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The host provided beach chairs and a wagon, which were incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the hose right outside the door to rinse off sand before heading in. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place. The location was RIGHT on the beach and directly across from John’s Pass with several restaurants and beach shops. Jennifer was also super responsive and flexible with our travel schedule. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Our Condo was clean and well stocked. It was a perfect location to have easy access to the beach and local stores. Jordyn was beyond helpful and attentive. She always went above and beyond with my requests. We hope to be back and enjoy the condo again some day.
