This adorable pool house is light and airy with plenty of room for 4. There’s a king size bed, queen pullout sofa, dining area, efficiency kitchen perfect for light cooking, oversized closet and a newly remodeled bathroom. Guests have private entrance with small yard and patio of their own, and are encouraged to use the pool and backyard anytime, which we enjoy along with our sweet dogs, Frog and Bella. 3 miles from beach and downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping centers within 1.5 miles.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

This top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you will need for your beach vacay. Beach access is directly across the street and you are a block from John's Pass Boardwalk. A heated pool with sun deck, hot tub, gym, covered parking space in the garage for 1 vehicle. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy!
