Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

A spacious two-bedroom house (duplex). Only 5 minutes from ETSU. Only 3 minutes from the VA hospital. About 7 minutes from downtown Johnson City. Close to Food City, Aldi and restaurants. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
