Whether you need a place to recharge for the night or you plan to stay a while, this space has it all! Mini split in the bedroom and living space with separate controls, great size bathroom with large shower, & comfy queen bed. Full kitchen with ample space to prep meals and dine at the table. Sofa/Futon is also comfy and great size for extra guests!

Adorable fully furnished 1 BR apartment in Belvedere Park neighborhood. Walking distance from Lions Park and the greenway. Offers a private entry. The apartment is attached to the main house by a hallway with a door that locks from the main house. Furniture and appliances included: Queen size bed, sectional sofa, wood and glass coffee table, side tables, new LED TV with roku, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen ware (All as pictured). There is no laundry and no oven.
