This charming cottage is in a sequestered back yard. Aiken is an historic town that was the winter destination for wealthy northerners who built homes here, brought their horses for polo and thoroughbred racing...a tradition that is carried on today. There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

On the water-lake house-private dock

We have so much fun at our little lake house! We’d like to share the fun with your family! We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with couch and loveseat and futon. Sitting room looking towards the lake with a futon that can sleep 2. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.

This cottage has a full kitchen and generously equipped coffee bar to enjoy each morning. King bed and Queen size sofa sleeper.

This lovely cottage, located between Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. Very clean on a quite street. If you are visiting USC-Aiken, North Augusta or Augusta, you will enjoy staying in the cottage duplex. All the essentials will be provided. One double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, one closet, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, and kitchen essentials provided to cook and bake. Fresh sheets and linens are awaiting your arrival.

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. Welcome to this peaceful, centrally-located private apartment, just minutes from Aiken Airport and I-20 highway. A few things to note: We kindly ask that you park only in the driveway spot in front of the door. No pets are allowed, as our dog doesn’t get along with other animals. Our kids play outside during the day, so it might be lively, but evenings are calm and serene. We’re looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel right at home!
