That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Welcome to Jølster! This summer cottage is idyllically located on the waterfront at Jølstravatnet, with a stunning view. Enjoy late or active days in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and mountains. The outdoor area is large, and here you can enjoy long summer days, go out with the rowboat (included), swim in crystal clear water, try out SUP boards or kayak (which is also included). This house in natural surroundings offers you peace and quiet. The name of the house is "Tante Hannas hus". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the house. The house is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff, and with a direct view to, Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. There is a folder in the house with informationand maps of the different hikes and activities

The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Beautiful place by the lake, short distance to most places. The cabin is located between Stryn and Loen, 4 min drive from both roads. The cabin is newly renovated, new kitchen, bathroom and loft with 2 double beds. There is some traffic noise in the summer. There is a small hot water tank, not everyone can shower after each other.
