On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence in the middle of mountains and fjords on Sunde, by the blue-green Oldevatnet /Oldewater. Here you have many hiking opportunities if you like to walk in the mountains. Klovane, Kjenuken/Høgenibba and Kattanakken are among the many popular top hikes in the area. 15 min drive to Briksdal glacier one way and 15 min drive to Loen and Hoven the other way. 30 min to Stryn. Place is well equipped with ready-made beds, towels and cleaning included!

Mountainside Farm With Fjordview

Be part of the rich history of one of Vik's oldest farms! This appartment sits on the site of an active farm restoration. Feel free to walk around and see how we are restoring the listed buildings using original techniques to their original spendour. The apartment boast views of both Fjord and mountains; there is a terrace and lawn from which one can soak in the scenery from this viewpoint above the village. A great base to hike, cycle, or just an ideal pitstop on a western norway roadtrip.

Beautiful view of Lovatnet

Enjoy the view of Lovatnet in this charming, little 28 SqM cabin. The cabin is equipped with books, board games and a Chromecast TV. It has 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed each, and an annex with a double bed. The toilet is inside the cabin, and a shower can be found in the annex. Keep in mind that there is no toilet in the annex. On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. We have 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, motor boat and 2 SUP boards for rent if available and on request.
