The place was clean and had a nice view. Felt homely and the host was very responsive; especially when I even messaged him late at night regarding the electronic lock issue, he was very helpful and came up with a swift solution. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Mary was a super host! She walked up and greeted us as we arrived. The house was great. We sat in the evening and enjoyed watching the deer in the yard. We will definitely be staying here when we return. After we left we forgot a phone charger and she called to let us know and left the home available to retrieve our charger.

We enjoyed our little weekend getaway, it felt like we were on vacation just closer to home. We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our visit to the island. The lake was low but we were able to walk around the resort and enjoyed the views. Sunsets are amazing and the pools were very nice and relaxing. Great place to get away from the big city. Thanks Deserah for sharing your place.

Off the beaten path, but well worth it! I have not stayed in many Airbnb's that offered the feeling of being off the grid yet so close to anything you need in North Austin or just up the road in Lago Vista. The condo is very well laid out and Kara has thought of every detail for your stay including even extra tooth brushes if you forget them and extra birdseed. I think our favorite feature are the miles of walking paths just off the condo! We were here with our new grand daughter and our puppy and the place was amazing to walk everyday. Although a golf cart is available via Kara, we also brought our electric bikes and got to really explore the expansive hidden walkways. We stayed for a month and found Kara as a host to be exceptional! She communicated well and handled any issues very quickly. If you are looking for a place to escape, even for just a weekend I think you will find this condo a very nice surprise. Highly recommended!

The place is well appointed. I am fussy about kitchens. This one easlly exceeded my expectations. Though my wife had to figure out the dishwasher. A resort is a bit of a gamble for peace and quiet, but Cam's place was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our visits to the pool; it is well maintained. Great value. We will definitely consider a return.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

This little place was so perfect for our needs. It was incredibly close to all the activities we wanted to do. Very close to downtown and yet in a really cute and clean and nice neighborhood. The place itself is darling. It possibly at one time was an older apartment but all redone and upgraded, It has a darling area to sit at in the lower entry part, or you can sit up on the balcony, lovely trees everywhere. The bed is tucked in a little cubbyhole, luckily we’re still young enough to climb in there. You just have to maybe put your phone under your pillow if you need it by you for an alarm or something, since there are not room for tables, but we made it all work! We don’t sweat the small things, the location was worth everything. Oh, and not to mention the covered parking! The host went above and beyond helping in any areas we needed! Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

Sharissa's place was so convenient, walking distance to Congress Ave, gorgeous neighborhood, and the apartment was beautifully decorated! I communicated with our host and she immediately responded. We will definitely come back when visiting Austin!!!

It was an amazing stay! They were very helpful and quick to respond. The bed was extremely comfortable!!!!

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

Great stay! Wonderful location… only thing I didn’t love is the STRICT 4pm check-in. I was there at 3:53pm with my mom who is in a wheelchair and they would not check me in until 4pm. Didn’t feel like a great start. But all worse was fine

I had a great stay here! Solo female traveler and I felt totally safe in this property. I cooked a bunch and had everything I needed here! Very comfortable stay!

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

A perfect place to stay in Austin! Rooftop pool, spacious apartment, great view, cozy bed—I highly recommend. It's more of a hotel than an AirBnb, but if you're wanting to be close to downtown, there's really no better choice.

Exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive. There was an initial rebooking and she proactively found us a comparable and pleasant alternative. The area is great. As we were advised to do, I recommend buying all your groceries in Austin or along the way before you arrive. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and spotless. The deck is amazing. We grilled outside three out of four night. Really enjoyed ourselves.

I was on the hunt for an airbnb last minute. I thought the pictures were gorgeous. I get there and I was still blown away despite knowing what the unit looked like. The view and the space was beautiful. It smelled so good, everything was clean and hygienic. (They had a stone mat in the bathroom) My boyfriend was really impressed. The bed was so comfortable and they have cooking supplies. I loved my visit and will book again.

Amazing place with great amenities and in even a better location. Tons to do and eat within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there, 10/10 recommend

Wonderful place to stay. Loved that it was secluded from the city. Peaceful and we enjoyed all of the wildlife especially all of the deer. We were even able to feed them a few times. Right by lake Travis so easy to go get a boat, jet skis etc. The place itself was great with everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and with all of the amenities that were listed. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts. Look forward to staying here again. A 10 out of 10. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!
