In a renovated house above the lake , the view is breathtaking. this 19m2 studio, independent on the ground floor with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant time . You can walk to the lake in 5 minutes and enjoy a nice setting. Knowing the surroundings very well, I could advise you on the many opportunities for walks and "good" plans . I'm always available .

Nice studio of 21m² classified 1 star, west facing with small terrace, so sun in the afternoon in winter, in a small condominium of 6 properties, 3 km from the center of Aix les Bains and 20 minutes walk from Lac du Bourget. Boulangerie-pastry shop 250 meters away as well as a Vival 800 meters in front of the village church. Bed linens and towels are provided.
