Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Jordanelle Reservoir

Fantastic place to stay, lots of room. Great views and a short drive to the lifts for Deer Valley and Park City very close also. Would recommend and would stay there again if available l.

The hosts were kind, responsive, and extremely professional. The house had unbelievable views, amazing amenities, and was perfect for our group. Easy access to Park City / Sundance is a huge plus. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay to others!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location, between Heber and Park City. The place was clean and felt like home. Host was proactive in their communication. Easy to find and good instructions for arrival and departure. There was plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Yellow House! Such a sweet place with an amazing history behind it. The hot tub was a delight after long days on the trails. Can't beat the location to walk to town and access local trails. 10/10 recommend!

Sherrie’s place was perfect to host a chill bachelorette party! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end our weekend!

Our two families had a terrific 5 day stay here, it fit all of us comfortably with room to gather for games and movies. The kitchen is well stocked since we love to cook our own meals and the surrounding were beautiful to look at from the hot tub each night.

This little house is so cute. Spotless, well designed, comfortable, bright, great view, cozy, and well maintained. This place is a dream. The sound of the river at night while falling asleep was my favorite. We sat out back and watched the river go by in the afternoon. It has a comfortable couch and a really large TV, great for watching shows. The nearby restaurant had amazing pulled pork nachos. We would love to stay here again! I would give this place six stars if I could.

Amazing trip. Location was great - could walk to the gondola in 5 minutes! All the amenities were high quality and everything well stocked.

Very niceand would stay at again. My ONLY feedback is to provide people staying with more details about the hotel amenities and how you can access them. It was a bit of a hunt and find. Sure we saw where the mini golf was but HOW and WHERE do you pay to play? Great pool, but explain where to enter the pool area as all three outside doors are locked and you HAVE to go in theu the spa door entrance. Lastly, it would be wonderful to have a screen door on the patio. From the king bed room, there was no window, just the patio. And while nice, no screen so you couldnt enjoy the cool mountain breezes.

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

Beautiful home, and quite comfortable. The only question we had for Allison was about the front door not automatically locking on the 2nd day. She determined it needed a new battery and had that replaced very quickly! We were never inconvenienced, and appreciated her attentiveness. We would absolutely stay here again!!! Thank you Allison!!

Great space for our family for the night. We did a one night local getaway for us and enjoyed the hotel style space. The room was great for us- king bed, pull out and plenty of space for a pack n play. The pool was great and the hotel was right on the local trials so we did a long bike ride the next day. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Beautiful place and location.The home is even more stunning in person, surrounded by nature, with incredible views of the Wasatch Mountains. My niece especially loved swimming in the sparkling clean pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, which was warm. The house was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. We made wonderful family memories here and truly appreciated the peaceful setting and luxurious amenities. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable. We’d love to come back!

Adam was a wonderful host! He was very communicative, responsive, friendly, and welcoming! He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! I only had a short weekend stay but I believe it was an excellent value. Beautiful location and opportunities for activities on site.

The cabin is beautiful. We used it as a corporate retreat for a few nights. It is a quick 20 minute drive into Park City for meals but it is also far enough away that you feel like you are in the mountains. Juan was very communicative and we found that we needed nothing from him during the stay. I would come back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay here. The setting and the views were incredible, and the house was just as you would expect based on the photos. Unfortunately the wood pellet fireplace in the main room was not working during our stay, but everything else was in good condition and very clean. Landon and Brie provided clear communications and instructions. We would definitely consider another stay in Tollgate canyon the next time we are looking for a mountain getaway.

The photos and description do a great job, but the property is even more beautiful and peaceful in person. We could not have hoped for a more peaceful and relaxing place to rest for a few days during our long road trip. Our host was exceptional and hospitality was top notch. My wife and I hope to make it back someday soon!

Absolutely recommend for a peaceful and lovely place to stay within close walking distance to Sundance Resort and Stewart Falls. The deck and hot tub were great for relaxing in the evenings.

It was great. Located in a perfect spot with so much to do on the property and very easy access to the mountains and local restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated cabin. The space strikes a great balance between rustic charm and modern comfort, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was excellent—quiet, scenic, and conveniently situated near local attractions. Hosts were responsive during our stay and very kind. A couple of things to note for future guests: The beds were very firm—too firm for our comfort—which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the upstairs bedrooms became quite warm, especially in the summer months. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to adequately reach the upper level, and limited insulation makes the space noticeably hot in the afternoon and early evening. Additional fans or a portable cooling solution would be a helpful improvement. Overall, it’s a charming cabin in a great location. With a few adjustments, it could be more comfortable.
