The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. You are also 20 minutes from Dax, 30 minutes from Bayonne and 45 minutes from Spain. You can discover the riches of the Landes and the Basque Country. Thermal baths of Saubusse 8 km away. Dax Thermal Baths 22 km away

Maison Azu – 2 bedroom gîte

Lydia and Pierre-Yves will be happy to welcome you to Maison Azu, an old farmhouse from 1850 that they have restored; the cottage was built in the old stable. The village of Josse is located on the banks of the Adour, 20 km from the Landes beaches, at the gates of the Basque Country, Béarn, Spain. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a terrace and separate bathrooms. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace and private garden of about 300 m2.

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
