Welcome to The Glass House Seignosse in the heights of Seignosse, into the Landes forest! This unique architect-designed villa invites you to unwind in a true cocoon of calm and light. Entirely crafted from wood, it offers a gentle freshness in summer (A/C) and a cosy warmth in winter, for an immersive experience at the heart of nature. The perfect blend of Scandinavian design and contemporary architecture. Large bay windows flood the spaces with light, opening the house up to the forest.

À 20 km des plages, idéal pour se ressourcer au calme entre terre et océan. L’appartement se situe dans les barthes de l’Adour, au cœur d’un environnement naturel classé Natura 2000, à proximité de l’EuroVelo 3 (Scandibérique). Profitez d’une terrasse privée, d’un grand jardin arboré avec piscine partagée en été, ainsi que d’un spa accessible sur réservation. Sur place : terrain de pétanque, poules, canards et chats. Un point de départ idéal pour découvrir les Landes et le Pays basque.

Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Modern single storey house completely renovated

Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

"LE CŒUR DE XANET" CABIN

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
