Veslebui is a cosy little mountain cabin, perfect for those looking for a simple and authentic mountain experience. The cabin has electricity, a practical kitchenette and fantastic views of Lake Tyin, which can be enjoyed directly from both the dining area and the living space. The cabin combines dining, seating and sleeping areas in one open room. It accommodates up to 3 guests, but is most comfortable for 2 adults or a small family. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meal preparation and includes a hot plate, kettle, refrigerator and essential cooking equipment. Please note that there is no running water in the cabin. Bathrooms, toilets, showers and dishwashing facilities are available in our shared service building, located just 50 metres from the cabin. Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests may bring their own bed linen or rent it for NOK 150 per person. Veslebui is located above the tree line, surrounded by open mountain landscapes, spectacular views, fresh mountain air and excellent hiking opportunities right outside the door.

Geitsetra

Recharge your batteries in this unique place, Geitsetra, right under Skagsnebb, in the middle of Jotunheimen. Here you have many of the famous 2000 meter peaks in Jotunheimen right outside the door, a great starting point for both hiking and skiing. From Sep/Oct there is no running water so we bring water in cans to the farm until the turn of the month May/June. This was originally a goat farm, but now the barn is empty and on the 2nd floor there is a spacious apartment, but great views. If you have any questions, please let me know🙂.
