Located in a non-isolated countryside on a 5000 m2 park, it includes an outdoor area with toilet & summer kitchen and a private outdoor pool, heated from the beginning of April to the end of September with a view. This single-storey maisonette, 75 m2 for 4 people, air-conditioned, includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was designed to enjoy the outdoors and the dominant view.
