Holiday rentals with a patio in Juárez

The apartment is super nice and super clean, I would definitely return. The parking lot is very narrow, but a van like my cx5 fits, but something bigger doesn't. I saw someone comment on this in their review. They fit, but not a Suburban or a very long one. Don't stop booking because of this. It's a very nice place. The guards are friendly.

Karina is a fantastic and very responsive host. Her place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but well worth it for the fantastic location, well within an easy walk or a short Uber to much of what you will want to see. But the neighborhood in which it is located is its own attraction. You are surrounded by extraordinary colonial architecture with abundant attractions and excellent restaurants. And you have an ATM less than a block away and a pharmacy a little more than a block away. Mexico City is marvelous, but Katrina’s place contributed significantly to our enjoyment of our trip.

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

It is a lovely apartment in a very central location where you can walk to many site seeing places. What I liked the most it’s that the monument is in front and at night the view is amazing. I would recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here on the 1st leg of our Mexico trip for our 10th wedding anniversary, this was THE perfect way to start our trip, the intimate greenhouse patio was the best way to start the day with a cup of espresso(they have a Nespresso machine!-a selling point for me 😂) We honestly fell in love with this place. The hosts were very communicative and helpful prior and throughout our trip, as well as giving recommendations of places in the area. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Oscars apartment was great in the most safe environment in CDMX with lots do too. Gym and balcony areas was a plus. Only thing I would have wanted was to have some type of AC, but he was very helpful with opening windows instructions. Definitely cooled the place off. Very nice views in the mornings and nights!

Christian place is very bohemian, the best of it’s home is the location, amazing place, everything is walkable. The house has the basics, we were able to find ourselves comfortable. I had some details that have an opportunity to change, and I let the housekeeper to know. This place is best for a touristic trip around Mexico City.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

We had the most incredible stay here! Location is incredibly walkable with SOOO many restaurants and shops nearby. The place felt very safe and secure and so peaceful with the courtyard garden views and singing birds. Place is bigger than pictured- a great option for those that would like to have their own space and privacy. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host has created a very comfortable and welcoming space perfect for anyone needing a place to rest before an early flight or during a layover. It’s extremely close to the airport (5 minutes max by car), so there’s no stress about traffic or delays. He even provided snacks and drinks, which were much appreciated after our long, late flight. Highly recommend!

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. The kitchen and living room areas were wonderful and the furniture made it feel special. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and it is a place we would love to come back and stay at again!

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

Everything was very good with the accommodation. Clear instructions and photos correspond to the place, nice view.

We stayed here for 6 days. The host was wonderfully responsive, whether it was for questions before our trip, or to investigate a noise from the store below. Very close to the Sevilla station and walking everywhere. It was off of a main road, so it was a little noisy, but it didn’t really affect us. I do wish there were more pillows for the bed, and we did have to run out and grab some soap for the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was great) but that was not a big deal. We LOVED the air conditioning, which is super rare for Mexico City. A wonderful location and host, we highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!
