A quelques kilomètres de Toucy et de son marché mais aussi non loin d'Auxerre, du chantier médiéval de Guedelon ou du château de St-Fargeau, c'est l'endroit parfait pour déconnecter le temps d'un week-end ou plus encore. Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
