Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jumeirah Beach

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

Great option for families!

Check-in was easy and nice. The employee, Plessy, welcomed us and guided us to the parking lot and helped us carry the luggage. The location is distinctive and close to Dubai Mall, restaurants and supermarkets are very close The apartment is clean, distinctive, spacious, and the view is fantastic I strongly recommend it to families

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Downtown Dubai

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

This place was beautiful but I think it's new to Airbnb. The stove didn't work, the TV were not set up athey didn't have shower curtains or floor towels. One of the bathroom was not clean. Everywhere else was new and clean. It took 3 days to come rectify the issues and it was a 5 day stay. The code on the door was accessible to the door man. He used 1234567 and had access. They never changed it my whole stay and said Dubai is safe so I shouldn't worry. Well I worried. On the positive the building is beautiful, the apartment is beautifully furnished and great views. There is a restaurant on the 14th floor! Awesome food for a discount, their breakfast was really nice. There is a 24/7 grocery at the entrance... Super convenient. If they rectify the few problems... It's an awesome place.

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. Ana from the team was incredibly helpful in coordinating my arrival details, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Pinki, who guided us through the accommodation, provided additional information about the stay, and extended further assistance.. Overall, this first Airbnb experience exceeded my expectations, thanks to the attentiveness and hospitality of Shahid and his team. I highly recommend them to anyone considering an Airbnb stay!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
