We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

Very friendly and responsive host. The area felt like a little bubble of peace. Apartment was also clean and hats off to Maya for the Interior design. The Air quality is also a lot better from what you would expect from Dubai. If you want to break away from the chaos of Dubai this is the place Looking forward to come back when I’m back in Dubai!

The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better. The views of the Marina were absolutely stunning, especially at night! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Dubai. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and pool. Our host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Dubai Marina. We’d definitely come back again!

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Ich kann wirklich jedem empfehlen, in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten! Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft – der Pool und der Ausblick auf die Skyline waren einfach unbeschreiblich schön. In Wirklichkeit ist alles noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber hat wirklich an alles gedacht und uns den Start besonders angenehm gemacht – wir wurden mit Wasser, Milch, Brot und sogar Schokolade willkommen geheißen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Outstanding apartment in JLT. Beautifully appointed and decorated with every possible amenity and appliance. High quality fittings & fixtures throughout with world class gym and spacious pool area. Hosts were super responsive and have made the effort to try to cover all bases (which they certainly did for me). I’ll be back very soon 👍

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce Airbnb, tellement que je l'ai prolongé à deux reprises. Le mot à couper le souffle pour parler de la vue est vraiment approprié car la vue est incroyable, tout comme l'immeuble, les communs, TOUT. GuestReady est au top, on peut les joindre à n'importe quel moment ils sont très réactifs. Je recommande à 100%.

We had an amazing time staying in this app. Great location, amazing view. Walking area at the beach is super close, lot of restaurants, good shops and cinema in a walking distance. The owner was super friendly and helpful . Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, our stay was brilliant! The apartment was spacious, especially having a toddler who could play in the large living space so would definitely recomend for families. Gemstay was fast at responding and very welcoming. The building is on a higher floor however we had no issues waiting for the lifts even though we had a stroller. There are ample amounts of supermarkets and pharmacies around the building. Would definitely book again.
