The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

Everything was great! I highly recommend this apartment. I stayed for 19 nights and loved it. The furniture is beautiful - modern and sleek, the bed very comfortable- which is very important to me as I am traveling a lot - literally everything you might possibly need is available in the apartment - from kitchen equipment to washing utilities. The view is also amazing. For me definitely a place that feels like home 😊.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 4 days during the Eid holiday and overall, it was a great and relaxing experience. The amenities really caught my attention when I booked it—the pool and the beach were all amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a short getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy for us to cook our meals. The host was also responsive, and check-in was smooth. A few things to consider: The unit is only accessible via stairs, so going up and down (especially for deliveries or when heading out) can be a bit of a hassle. There were water supply issues in the kitchen around lunchtime—sometimes the water pressure was weak or there was no water at all. The shower also had low water pressure. Despite these small issues, we had a lovely stay. It’s a beautiful place that’s great for relaxing and spending quality time with loved ones. Would still recommend! 😊

Fantastic apartment and a perfect base to explore Dubai! The place was spotless, modern, and very well-equipped. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. The design is elegant yet cozy, and the bed was super comfortable after long days out. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. It genuinely exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Dubai incredibly smooth and enjoyable. And of course, big thanks to Nagui for being such a thoughtful and responsive host. It made all the difference!

We booked the apartment as a family of 5. Our idea was surpassed. The location of the apartment is perfect. There are some nice places to eat right at the marina, and the food market is just around the corner. It is a 5-minute walk to the metro. From here, you can easily and cheaply travel to the Burj Khalifa and the associated mall. The infinity pool is fantastic. The water is pleasantly cool, and you can also eat and drink cheaply here. Pizza Margarita €13 and beer €3. The children slept on the pull-out couch and the parents in the king-size bed. For our youngest 9 months, we had a cot provided. Communication was fast and precise, and early check-in was also possible, thank you very much🙏🏼. We felt so comfortable, as if it were our own home. We didn't want to leave at all. We were in another apartment before, so we had the comparison. THANK YOU

An amazing home, definitely one of my new favorites! The entire home has been updated and the pictures are 100% accurate! The jacuzzi was amazing! This home is right in the heart of JBR, everything is in walking distance; please don’t pass this place up!

Amazing location with two awesome pools! Perfect if you want to walk around to the lovely nearby cafes and restaurants. Julia was extremely responsive and fixed any issues that arose instantly! The view from the balcony was incredible.

The apartment is exactly what it looks like, clean, roomy and homely. The Internet connection is stable and there is a good size smart TV screen with good selection of social media channels. What I also like about this apartment is the separate bedroom with bathroom, so as advertised, up to four people or two couples can stay at the apartment if need be. It has a nice view with balcony for sunbathing or to have an evening meal. It is also close to Dubai Marina Mall and not far from the Palm Jumeirah Island. I will strongly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. We had an amazing time staying in this app. Great location, amazing view. Walking area at the beach is super close, lot of restaurants, good shops and cinema in a walking distance. The owner was super friendly and helpful . Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, our stay was brilliant! The apartment was spacious, especially having a toddler who could play in the large living space so would definitely recomend for families. Gemstay was fast at responding and very welcoming. The building is on a higher floor however we had no issues waiting for the lifts even though we had a stroller. There are ample amounts of supermarkets and pharmacies around the building. Would definitely book again.
