Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

WOW! 🤩 If you are coming to Dubai you couldn’t have a better location the here at Sanaz’ place in JBR. These residential buildings have their own plaza level living with grocery stores, pools, hair salons etc. Then, they are a short walk one direction to the Marina Walk which is stunning and has many great restaurants, clubs, yacht tours, etc. A walk the other direction gets you to the Marina Beach where they have LOTS of fun activities and restaurants :) We had a car so the parking space was a great help and the location is a very short drive to Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Khalifa. Sanaz was great in helping with the entry, which is very seamless. So much space for everyone in your family!

The accommodation is consistent with the photos, incredible value for money. The accommodation is super complete, nothing was missing! With family or friends… The host is super responsive and her accommodation is incredible; we will come back without hesitation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well located with a beautiful view from the balcony over the beach. There were beach restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. The apartment was fully appointed and easy to settle into and the concierges were friendly and helpful al the time. Christian was always available if needed and we encountered no problems. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

We stayed in this dream apartment. Host Raymond welcomed us very warmly and always responded quickly to our questions. When we arrived, he had nice touches. The apartment is beautiful, clean. And everything is well thought out. Very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with hair dryer, bathrobe. Beach bag and linen. Quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but close to the different possibilities of activities. Beautiful private beach. We were able to enjoy the gym overlooking the sea and the Atlantic. Very nice pool. Everything was really perfect. Best place we've booked. And we hope to be back soon.

The place was great and Ali was very responsive, excellent location near the canal and Dubai mall. The Apartment is a building with great facilities.

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

Beautifully modern and spacious apartment. Loved the area too

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dorar’s place. The host was very responsive and the place is close to Metro Red’s Sobha Reality station.

Had a lovely stay at Yasirs place everything just like the photos. Communication was good and he allowed me an early check in. Only suggestion is some mugs would be nice for tea and coffee, and some larger glasses and wine glasses, apart from that perfect. Thank you Yasir

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown

Wonderful place

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Dubai and were able to rest well in the apartment. Thank you very much, Hichem, for the excellent service!
