Alles prima. Nur die Anweisung welcher der 3 Tower es ist fehlte, Wir sind lange herum geirrt und konnten niemanden erreichen. Als wir dann. an der Rezeption waren wusste niemand Bescheid weil wir auch die Apartment Nummer nicht hatten. Ansonsten alles prima.

I stayed here for three nights with my 9-year-old son. Traveling with a child can be challenging, but the host was incredibly understanding and thoughtful, which made our stay so much more comfortable. The apartment has a fantastic view of the marina and is in a perfect location. Parking was spacious and convenient. Having full access to JW Marriott Hotel facilities was a huge bonus. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast and the many restaurant options at Marina Mall, which is directly connected to the building. Shopping at the Waitrose supermarket was also convenient. The apartment is well-equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, and refrigerator, so we could easily store and reheat food. The washing machine was especially helpful after staying at other hotels during our long trip. Above all, the host’s kindness and travel tips made our experience in Dubai even more special. If I return to Dubai, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Ich kann wirklich jedem empfehlen, in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten! Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft – der Pool und der Ausblick auf die Skyline waren einfach unbeschreiblich schön. In Wirklichkeit ist alles noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber hat wirklich an alles gedacht und uns den Start besonders angenehm gemacht – wir wurden mit Wasser, Milch, Brot und sogar Schokolade willkommen geheißen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was convenient and accessible. I love this apartment so much. It felt like I was at home. The pool and gym were perfect - I’d love to book this always. It’s so close to the beach to walk to and amazing hotels and restaurants. Perfect location - modern - amazing TV Netflix etc

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!

Perfect place away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.
