Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. I usually live in the 2-room apartment myself. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

The apartment is an old store, a former bakery, which has been converted into a living studio by various Leipzig painters and artists over the years. Conveniently located in Plagwitz, the old cotton mill with its countless art galleries, the Westwerk and Karl-Heine-Straße, with its wide range of restaurants and culinary delights, are all within walking distance. Unfortunately the oven door broke. The stovetops still work though!

Bright Budget Apartment in Leipzig

Our apartment is located in the trendy district of Leipzig-Plagwitz. The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is located in the Schleußig district, about 2 km southwest of the city center. The city center can be reached by tram (approx. 13 minutes) or on foot through the nearby Clara-Zetkin-Park. The tram stop is approx. 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also plenty of shops for everyday needs in the area. The property is GREAT for Leipzig visitors, solo travelers, couples and business travelers.
