Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

This ground and first floor garden apartment is the oldest part of our converted village farmhouse. It has fresh interiors with 100 m² of open living area, tastefully decorated with art and books, and a beautiful tadelakt shower room and 2 toilets downstairs. The rooms are stone and keep the cool, there are fans provided and a wood pellet stove for the winter. There is an outdoor coffee area and a BBQ in the garden. The swimming pool and garden are shared it has a small hotel feel.

Maison de 42m² avec son jardin privatif de 100m² et 2 terrasses avec four a PIZZA. Une piscine privative de 10m² chauffée donnant sur la terrasse vous est réservée sur le terrain ( sans contrainte d'horaire pour l'utilisation) , un jardin méditerranéen est présent avec palmier, cocotier, citronnier, bananier et olivier. La maison comporte une cuisine américaine complète ( frigo, plaque à induction, fours , lave vaisselle, machine à cafés tassimo…) d’une table et 4 chaises.

A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
