A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Casa do Socalco offers a beautiful private heated swimming pool (from May to late October). With a contemporary decoration and remarkable comfort, it is perfectly framed with the surrounding nature. Outside, the property is fully fenced and offers good privacy, with excellent views of the Caramulo mountains, Linhares Castle and Serra da Estrela. A spacious garden with a large private pool and sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
