There are three rooms on the second floor with a size of approximately 132 square meters that can accommodate family events, workshops, club meetings, and groups of foreign guests. There is a bathroom on each floor, so you can use the rooms without any inconvenience. Now, you no longer have to pick up market food and go to your distant accommodation to eat. Park comfortably in the free designated parking lot at OSHIO Stay and walk to get takeout from delicious food such as Dakgangjeong, sulppan, squid sundae, and raw fish center, which are specialties of Sokcho! The kitchen on the first floor has a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 people, and the pantry on the second floor has a folding door, so you can enjoy a morning coffee or even a beer while looking at the night sky on a nice day. On the first floor deck, you can enjoy a romantic barbecue with an outdoor bench for up to 10 people and a premium electric grill. Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white.
