The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Building year 2009. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and one loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun chairs. In winter when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.
