The cottage was as enchanting as promised. We loved the understated warmth and charm of this getaway. Arriving to a heated house, and other treats including a good bottle of shiraz was especially appreciated. We were so taken with this beautiful cottage that we booked it again almost straight away - and look forward to our return. Highly recommended :)

We just had another amazing stay and absolutley loved it again. Winter is the best time to enjoy this stunning property, with it's roaring fireplace and underfloor heating in the bathroom making it super cozy. That saying, it would be a beautiful place to stay all year round. All the extra touches like abundant food provisions (including plenty of gluten free options as well), super comfy bed and lounge, face masks, bath bombs, bottle of wine, etc were greatly appreciated. Great location being just off Hahndorf's main road, so private and quiet as well. Easy parking. Thanks for sharing this amazing place with us. LOVED IT!!

One of our favourite AirBnB's to-date! Eddy's place is cosy, modern and cute to boot. It's a small space, but has everything you need to holiday comfortably and live self sufficiently. We especially loved the bed (on a level of its own, with fairy lights on the wall) and all the thoughtful additions such as games, filtered water, cereals, milks and snacks (unexpected and gratefully appreciated). The township of Macclesfield is just down the road (the general store does great coffee!), and McClaren Vale wine region is a hop skip and jump away. Eddy's AirBnB exceeded our expectations and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the wonderful stay Eddy, and wishing you all the best.
