Bungalow holiday rentals in Jurassic Coast

Great peaceful location. Didn't realise it was a static home but it was really nicely done out. Huge TV with Netflix (kids super happy in the evening!) Communication was great and The Boathouse restaurant which was a few minutes walk away was so great. Lovely location and great food. Really well placed for exploring the local area and gorgeous beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Glade, which felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Lovely welcome pack for us and the dog. Combe Martin is a great place to stay, good amenities and beautiful scenery. We hope to return and will be recommending to family and friends 😀

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

Accommodation is very nice. As per picture it’s same. Very clean . Peaceful place . Near to the attraction by car. Hannah is very helpful and quick responsive. Had very good experience with host and accommodation. Thank you .

We loved staying here, the location is amazing, so close to the sea and the high street. Swanage is a lovely place to visit. The apartment is basement level, but doesn't feel like it, lots of light and a good amount of space. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Blake

Grant had a problem with the bungalow the day before we were due to stay and instead of cancelling our booking he found another place for us to stay on the holiday park and arranged everything for us with the site office. Grant was fantastic even though he had his own issues to deal with. we could not thank him any more. stay at his place he will be a great host and the location on the island is fantastic

Just back from a fantastic three nights at Paul’s place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Drinks up in the bar on the top decking at the back of the house in the evening with stunning views was real bonus. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied and we didn’t turn the TV on, not once. A nice spacious kitchen and a dinning room table that sits 8. We walked over to Burgh Island for a lovely meal at The Pilchard. Had a dip in the sea. Played golf at the very friendly and welcoming Bigbury and Thurlestone golf clubs and rounded it all off with a final meal at The Oyster Shack, only 10 minutes drive away. we had a very comfortable stay, with everything we needed. The home is peaceful and spacious with beautiful views. The Beach, Burgh island, local shops,cafe, pubs & restaurants are all within walking distance. NB arrive during day light hours as the roads leading to the house are single track and require a lot of patience and focus. We would most deffinatley visit again.

I stayed at Sharon's house for three nights. Sharon is a lovely person and showed me the house etc. I could not have been more comfortable there, everything and more that I needed. Also very quiet. Thanks Sharon

William was fantastic from initially booking to any queries whilst we were staying. The house is beautiful and although a bit tricky to find, William’s helpful instructions made it much easier! The house was beautifully maintained and spotless. The rooms are a lot bigger than the pictures let on and the garden is huge! We had a lovely stay and had everything we needed, I could not recommend William enough!

Fantastic weekend with the family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversay. The house had everything we needed and kept the children entertained. Cath was really lovely and even baked us a cake for our stay which was very thoughtful. The view from the property was a highlight and we would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay at Kev and Jo's in Taunton. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we found the airbnb spotless with a welcome pack of local foods and drink. Despite being on their land, the Airbnb is extremely private and you have your own outdoor space. Plenty of great walks, pubs and even a Premier and excellent fish and chips close by. If you're planning to do your own cooking, make sure you take cooking oils / sauces / condiments as these aren't provided.

This is the 3rd time (I think...I have lost track!) that we have stayed at The Tack room and we love it. It's a perfect location for visiting my parents nearby and offers a very relaxing place to stay.

Lovely spacious house with a fabulous view. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. The three toilets were very useful especially with small children. Secure back garden and enclosed decming at the front made it ideal for dogs and children. Lovely little beach nearby, but you need to drive to it with children as there is no footpath. Our favourite trip of the holiday was to Babbacombe Model Village, thoroughly recommend it.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful few days staying at Lesley and Bruce’s Airbnb, and we can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we first booked, communication from Lesley was absolutely brilliant; warm, timely, and informative, with regular updates and information to ensure everything ran smoothly. On arrival, we were not disappointed. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, nestled in a stunning Devon valley that offers peace, tranquillity, and the perfect setting for a relaxing break. They have truly thought of everything. From the warm welcome to the lovely touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits, their attention to detail made us feel immediately at home and very well cared for. We’ll most definitely be visiting again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this idyllic location and exceptional accommodation to anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the comforts of a truly special place.
