Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony is really the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was clean and organized upon arrival, just like in the photos. The place is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

The house being so complete and comfortable was great because in our stay it rained a whole day so we had to stay in the house, and how comfortable it was not an issue! André was very friendly and understandable, flexible with our check-in which helped us a lot. My stay at Mr. Antonio was seven days, reunited with my family, whom I had not seen for a year: children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and relatives and grandchildren. It was a real game-changer! House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

I went with my parents to spend a weekend at Eduardo's house and our stay was excellent. The house is exactly the same as the photos, it is in the best possible location (beach, river, bakery, market and restaurant nearby) and in the house everything was impeccable (towels, bed linen, kitchen with all the necessary items), in addition to the super pleasant natural climate and tranquility. I can't help but mention how Eduardo and Mara (the girl I got the keys from) were super kind and helpful. We will definitely return and recommend this house to other people.

The home is great, not only according to the listing, but beyond. It was a pleasant surprise that we came across with a water purifier and a full kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. Although we took our coffee machine and utensils, in the house there are several models of coffee makers, which we did not use. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms well maintained. Living room and kitchen are large, both impeccable.

The stay was excellent! The description fully matched what was in the listing. Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.
