My stay at Mr. Antonio was seven days, reunited with my family, whom I had not seen for a year: children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and relatives and grandchildren. It was a real game-changer! I met incredible people and blessed neighbors, and I had full assistance. The place is quiet, perfect for a moment of mental hygiene, and there are also beaches nearby. The condominium is super safe and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience! We rest, we walk, we interact and we enjoy every moment. Mr. Antonio is to be congratulated for his hospitality, always very attentive, as well as the caretaker, Mr. Valdir, who was extremely helpful. For those seeking a cozy retreat, I recommend these days in Guaratuba.

I went with my parents to spend a weekend at Eduardo's house and our stay was excellent. The house is exactly the same as the photos, it is in the best possible location (beach, river, bakery, market and restaurant nearby) and in the house everything was impeccable (towels, bed linen, kitchen with all the necessary items), in addition to the super pleasant natural climate and tranquility. I can't help but mention how Eduardo and Mara (the girl I got the keys from) were super kind and helpful. We will definitely return and recommend this house to other people.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and I intend to return!

The home is great, not only according to the listing, but beyond. It was a pleasant surprise that we came across with a water purifier and a full kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. Although we took our coffee machine and utensils, in the house there are several models of coffee makers, which we did not use. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms well maintained. Living room and kitchen are large, both impeccable.

Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.
