Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials.
