An all-new winter cottage built in a traditional log log frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed looking at the fireplace. The small kitchen is superbly equipped. A great sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, about 145 km from Rovaniemi Airport. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The house is located in a quiet place in the middle of nature on the shore of Lake Siika-Kämä, 58 km (50 minutes by car) from the center of Rovaniemi. Opportunity to go outside and walk on the lake ice. Northern Lights can also be seen if the weather permits. An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

A cottage in a great location on the shore of Lake Simo. Suitable for groups of two or three. Good fishing, hunting and berry areas next door. Peaceful location. Sauna in the same building. Tidy bio toilet. Solar power, you can charge your phone and computer. Gas stove. Door and windows replaced on the side of the cottage, and added extra thermal insulation inside.
