The villa is only 300m from the ski slopes and 50m from the cross-country ski trails. This unique getaway offers you and your family the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Arctic wilderness of Lapland, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you are traveling with a larger group, it is also possible to rent the adjacent villa, Kimmelvilla B.

A unique cottage with a partial glass roof, built in 2019, in a naturally beautiful environment by the lake. The cottage has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster. You can only enjoy ready meals. Fireplace/shelter on the beach. Parking space in the yard. In winter, you can walk on the ice. 17 km to the airport, 13 km to the nearest City market and 17 km to the city center. The host lives in the same yard. Guests are allowed to move freely in the yard. The neighbors' yards are private.

Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tervetuloa nauttimaan rauhasta ja luonnon kauneudesta Luostolle! Tämä kahdeksankulmainen, kodan muotoinen mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla. Mökki tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet viihtyisään oleskeluun. Mökissä on tilava olohuone, hyvin varusteltu keittiö, mukavat makuutilat 6 henkilölle, sauna, pesuhuone ja erillinen wc. Mökille on 115 km Rovaniemen lentoasemalta ja Pyhälle 22 km. Ruokakauppa ja laskettelukeskus ovat 3 km päässä, hiihtoladulle noin 1 km.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.

'Karpalo/Cranberry', Luosto

Tule nauttimaan Lapin kauniista luonnosta Luoston Karpaloon. Loma-asunto sijaitsee n. 1,5km päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista. Luoston uimarannalle vain 200m mistä löytyy myös paras paikka katsella revontulia. Nauti olostasi tunnelmallisen takkatulen loisteessa ja hyppää omasta saunasta vaikka kierähtämään lumihangessa. Tässä meidän perheen kakkoskodissa on ihana kotoisa tunnelma.
