In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

There is also a narrow river next to it, which you cannot dive into. Rantaan 50m, ei laituria, mökin vierestä menee rantaan tie / polku, jonka kohdalta oikealle rantaa voi käyttää. Rannalla soutuvene, joka yhteiskäytössä Koliwood A:n kanssa. Rakentamaton rantaviiva jatkuu todella pitkälle ja vasta 500m päässä tulee vastaan camping alue.
