Très beau studio, complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et avec une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Situé à seulement 50 m du Golf International et à 800 m du Spa de Fontcaude, à 20 mn de PALAVAS et 7 kms du centre ville de MONTPELLIER. Ce T2 est situé au rez-de-jardin de la villa dans laquelle je vis, avec un accès totalement indépendant et discret. La chambre et la salle de bains sont sans fenêtre car en sous-sol. Mais un éclairage réglable et puissant apporte un excellent confort.
