Great apartment, close to the city center and close to the main restaurants and points of interest.

We had a lovely stay. We were 3 mins to Newborn monument via bus whose station is right in front of the building. Also, the house was very tidy and clean. Our host was very helpful with every question we had. Would definitely stay here if I ever came to Pristina ever again.

Immaculately clean and very cozy apartment in a lively neighborhood. Very tidy and equipped with everything you need. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the center of Pristina. The host is very responsive and kind. Highly recommended.

GREAT HOST! Jelena is an extremely friendly and helpful host. we felt right at home. the apartment was sparkling clean and the bedding was freshly washed and smelled very good. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend the apartment by far compared to the surroundings!

That was great. We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and felt very comfortable. Granite is polite, he responds quickly and which is most important to us, he is reliable and honest. We will book the place again. Highly recommend.

I warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Nis. Vladan is a welcoming and available host. His accommodation is really very well located close to the center, everything is nearby within a few minutes of walking which is pleasant. I really enjoyed it specially during the Nisville festival 💃🏾✨️ The interior of the accommodation is very clean and everything you need is present. As described, secure, clean & comfortable. Central location with an easy walk to shops, city mall centre and attractions. Please note this is a smoking building and apartment but tenants all do their upmost to keep the place immaculate.

“Perfect stay in the heart of the city!” I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Ulpiana! The location is ideal—right in the city centre, with everything within walking distance: cafes, shops, and parks. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What made the stay even better was the host—super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great apartment and amazing location. Although I only got to stay for 1 night, I felt right at home, and got a good rest before the rest of my trip. Communication with the host was easy and quick. I will for sure visit again, when my way brings me back to Nis ;)

The description was spot on, and we were particularly thrilled with how comfortable the bed was. After long days of exploring the vibrant city of Prishtina, returning to such a restful and cozy haven was an absolute dream. We slept incredibly well every night. Beyond the aesthetics and comfort, the apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail truly made our stay effortless and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. And as for our host, she is simply amazing. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she is so friendly and helpful with local recommendations.
