Excelente apartamento, proximo ao centro da cidade e perto dos principais restaurantes e pontos de interesse.

We had a lovely stay. We were 3 mins to Newborn monument via bus whose station is right in front of the building. Also, the house was very tidy and clean. Our host was very helpful with every question we had. Would definitely stay here if I ever came to Pristina ever again.

Immaculately clean and very cozy apartment in a lively neighborhood. Very tidy and equipped with everything you need. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the center of Pristina. The host is very responsive and kind. Highly recommended.

Jelena ist eine äisserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. wir haben uns aif anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Bettwäsche war frischgewaschen und hat sehr gut gerochen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung im Vergleich zur umgebung mit abstand am besten empfehlen!

One of the best stays I’ve had! The apartment was absolutely spotless - clean in a way that instantly makes you feel at home. The furniture was not only beautiful but also super comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail was well taken care of. The bed was cozy, the space felt fresh, and the internet was fast and reliable - perfect for remote work or streaming. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and functional stay!

Das war klasse. Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Granit ist höflich, er antwortet schnell und was für uns am wichtigsten ist, er ist verlässlich und ehrlich. Wir werden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Dejan was very hospitable and pleasant. He was there for everything that I needed extra and was quick to provide help. The place is very nice and clean. Recommend and would definitely go again.

I warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Nis. Vladan is a welcoming and available host. His accommodation is really very well located close to the center, everything is nearby within a few minutes of walking which is pleasant. I really enjoyed it specially during the Nisville festival 💃🏾✨️ The interior of the accommodation is very clean and everything you need is present. As described, secure, clean & comfortable. Central location with an easy walk to shops, city mall centre and attractions. Please note this is a smoking building and apartment but tenants all do their upmost to keep the place immaculate.

“Perfect stay in the heart of the city!” I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Ulpiana! The location is ideal—right in the city centre, with everything within walking distance: cafes, shops, and parks. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What made the stay even better was the host—super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Leider konnten wir die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen da wir noch einige Stunden weiter Richtung Deutschland gefahrenen sind. Trotzdem sehr nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung war perfekt und sehr, sehr sauber 😍 Sie hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und unsere Fragen immer schnell beantwortet. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Wir haben sogar unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil wir so zufrieden waren. Vielen Dank für alles !

Vladimir (värden) var väldigt hjälpsam och skickade beskrivande bilder så vi frågade efter saker (ex var sopor ska slängas, var extra täcke fanns), samt var väldigt flexibel och trevlig. Vi var väldigt nöjda med lägenheten. Den var stor och rymlig med de bekvämligheter vi behövde samt en fantastisk uteplats på taket som vi nyttjade varje dag. Bodde två vuxna och ett barn och alla hade gott om plats. Område är inte det finaste men läget överväger då Vi hade nära till allt vi behövde, så som affärer, mat, sevärdheter osv. Området var lugnt utan något som störde trots dess centrala läge. Många skriver om trapporna för att ta sig upp till lägenheten. Inget problem om man är frisk och pigg. Man vande sig snabbt, men bra att vara beredd på. Vi är väldigt nöjda med allt och kan tänka oss att hyra lägenheten igen om vi besöker Nis igen! Tack för allt!

From the moment we stepped into this Airbnb in Prishtina, we knew we had found something truly special. The photos honestly don't do it justice – it is even more beautiful in person than described! Every corner of the space is thoughtfully decorated, creating an incredibly inviting and stylish atmosphere that felt like a luxurious escape. The description was spot on, and we were particularly thrilled with how comfortable the bed was. After long days of exploring the vibrant city of Prishtina, returning to such a restful and cozy haven was an absolute dream. We slept incredibly well every night. Beyond the aesthetics and comfort, the apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail truly made our stay effortless and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. And as for our host, she is simply amazing. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she is so friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

Tamara&Vladislav are absolutely Golden, apart form providing the house with all kinds of extras so appreciated on the first days in a new place they really helped out when we had an unexpected medical emergency. Will remain forever deeply grateful
