Nice cozy, peaceful, and private home to spend time in Lofoten. The home has all the amenities you could want and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clear that the hosts took extra steps to make the stay was comfortable for their guests. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque. If we get to visit Lofoten again, we’d be sure to stay here!

Stein-Ove and Marita are the best possible hosts, as they do their ultimate best to make sure that their guests have a phenomenal experience, in their fabulous house, in the unique environment of Lofoten. What stands out the most, from my view, is that the guests get the real experience of real life in such remote area of the world. This was my and my wife's intention, totally fulfilled beyond expectations, and we will never forget what we saw and how we felt. The house is situated in a magnificent location, between splendid mountains and coastline, and still easily accessible via a road where there is very little traffic, which ensure total peace. We felt what it means to have a family life in Lofoten, basically the experience cannot be more authentic, truly. Needless to say, the house was spotlessly clean and had all facilities to feel at home, e.g. we could use the kitchen to have a peaceful dinner overlooking the ocean. In brief, if you want the real experience, do book this house!

very quiet, Lillian is a good host, very easy to reach by car, beautiful view, very nice apartment with wonderful old furniture, spacious, parking in front of the entrance, very clean, nice excursions not far from the accommodation, e.g. the church on Gimsoy with the wonderful beach.

Elin's house was very cozy and very clean, I totally recommend it, Hans greeted us with these words "Welcome to paradise", and the truth is that it was, a very quiet and cozy place, the house has a dock and we had a Kayak to use, thanks to Hans for the fish he gave us, it was very tasty.

We absolutely loved our stay at Angelita’s Rorbu! It is spectacular. The views are breathtaking at all times of day - it’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to wind down while exploring Lofoten. The apartment is gorgeous inside and Angelita provided every possible amenity to make it feel like home. We loved cooking in the kitchen with local seafood (and Angelita’s incredible seaweed products - her shop is a must-visit)! We really appreciated the tranquil location away from the crowds but only 5 minutes or so from town for grocery shopping, etc. We loved the location of the rorbu in Lofoten. We explored towns, hiked, wandered and followed many of Angelita’s recommendations - and then loved winding down in the evenings at this magical spot! Angelita was responsive, helpful and so kind. We would love to return and stay here in the future!!

Was on a girls' trip in Svolvær with mountain hikes and fun. All four of us were very pleased to stay in the cozy house on Svinøya. Well-equipped kitchen, clean, and very charming. We felt at home, and will remember it for the next girls' trip.🩷

Hilde‘s home is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s elegant, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself feel completely at home. There are baskets of sweaters so you can sit warmly on the balcony and watch the water and the light change. She has thought of every detail you might want to be able to relax fully and enjoy this unusual island. She even has binoculars for you to use to watch the birds and any sea animals that might come by. She was helpful, kind and timely in every interaction I had with her. I could stay here happy for a month and perhaps I will another time!

The host is very responsive. The unit is easy to locate. The place is quite, with 1 car parking slot available. The floor is a bit sticky.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings . Lovely and cosy house. Felt right at home. Well located - close to Leknes (just 15 mins away) and most tourist spots are within 30 minutes. Host is responsive and has an efficient streamlined system. Instructions are crisp and direct. We recommend :)

Very friendly and accommodating host couple. We spent four wonderful weeks in this very nice accommodation. The service was perfect. The hostess even took us on her dog walks. Not only were we thrilled, but our dog Buddy also felt at home from the start and picked up his treats day after day. The personal excursion tips were also particularly valuable. Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. He helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that there is a private parking space at the door is incredible. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well located with the port and supermarkets within walking distance. We had the opportunity to park the car right next to the house, in the shelter. Natalia's instructions were clear and helpful. We recommend it!

What a great place to stay! Unlike many other listings on Airbnb, this apartment felt like a home and not a holiday rental. It’s very nicely decorated with among others beautiful plants, the bed has the greatest comfort you could think of, the kitchen has everything you need; pots and pans, plates, etc are all of high quality. Everything in this apartment feels premium. And on top of that, Hilde is a perfect host. She even passed by to ask if everything was ok and we had a nice chat. If I could give this apartment and Hilde more than five stars, I would be glad to do so. I highly recommend staying here!

Congrats on the layout! We loved staying at this apartment. Very well located for visiting Les Lofoten, close to shops for shopping. Very clean accommodation, very well furnished, very well equipped, connected tv. Central and convenient location. The apartment is very clean and check in was easy. The charger for our EV made charging our car easy and we never had to stop to charge it while out during the day.

This is a great place to stay. Spacious, well equipped and centrally located. It has everything you need for a year round visit, and is really handy for public transport, shops and the town centre. Kjersti is a wonderful host - kind, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay here; it was only a very short walk to both the centre of Svolvær, and to some great hiking routes, namely the Sherpa steps up to a great view of the town. The apartment was clean, very easy to locate, peaceful and had everything I needed for my hiking trip, namely a very comfy bed to recover in after a long day of walking and exploring the nearby islands and scenery. Karina was also very warm and helpful whenever I got in touch with any questions!

We had the pleasure of staying 8 days over Easter at Roger's apartment in Ballstad. We have traveled home incredibly happy and satisfied. The apartment is lovely and central with walking distance to everything from shopping to hiking routes to bus stop. Check-in was super easy and no problem. The apartment lived up to the photos. The bed and duvets were great. The bathroom had a great shower and was clean and tidy. The kitchen lacked nothing and the living room invited for coziness. Outside there was a table and bench we had lunch by and enjoyed the view. It was a great luxury that we didn't have to clean the head, just put the towels in the laundry basket. Thank you for that. All in all, we felt incredibly at home, and could have easily taken another week. We would recommend the place and Roger as a host to anyone who would like to visit Ballstad. Roger was a great host who helped us get home as no buses drove from Ballstad. 100% worth a visit and a place we want to come back to.

Practical and cosy stay in Henningsvær! Easy to find and self-check-in to. Compact yet well-designed apartment in a peaceful private area. The place was modern, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay driving around in Lofoten (parking right outside, kitchen with dish washer and bathroom with laundry machine were especially appreciated). Would stay again and recommend to everyone. The host was also very kind, helpful and fast to respond when we booked at short notice. Thanks!

The space was perfect for a few days in Lofoten. Check-in was easy and flexible and everything was in excellent condition. The location of the accommodation is perfect to explore a lot of the Lofoten and still have a quiet retreat. Despite the fact that the apartment is in an annex to the residential building, you always have privacy and feel very comfortable. The view was unbeatable and delighted us every day. We would definitely visit again!
