Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

The location is very nice, a very large spacious building with lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and Fatima responded very quickly and helpfully to texts or emails.

The Apartment was great. It has more than enough space, the beach is literally 2 minutes on foot. Well, located. The apartment was very clean, it looked exactly like on the pictures and the kitchen was pretty. I never cooked by myself because mostly I was eating out. Cabo Negro's golden sandy beaches are among the most Beautiful in the region, offering visitors stretches of sand to bask in the sun is a beautiful. It is also a good location for short trips. Marwan was very kind and already welcomed me when I arrived. The apartment has 2 large Bedrooms + 1 Kitchen + 2 large Bathrooms + Saloon + and balcony with a view to the Mediterranean Sea. TV is big + WIFI. I will for sure revisit this place again. Thank you Marwan

Hatim's place matches the photos perfectly. And it's in a very secure complex and the security guards are very friendly. Hatim was very responsive and available when we needed him. He recommended a very nice beach and also very good restaurants around the corner from the house. The location is just beautiful, with breathtaking views, especially in the morning at sunrise. The accommodation is located on the ground floor with access to a beautiful terrace. And best of all, a swimming pool a few meters from the front door.

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Great stay. We admired that the 25m2 property was very well organized to perfectly accommodate a couple with all the amenities and a very pleasant environment was created. Congratulations.

Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thanks again for this vacation!

very good appartment with ac and big swimming pool and nice host who speaks perfect english. unfortunately the cleaning person didnt have it ready untill checking time, other than that everything went well.

The premises were impeccably clean and boasted stunning views, with a swimming pool and beach conveniently located just seconds away. Additionally, the security of the property was outstanding.
