Holiday rentals with a patio in Kadıköy

Had a great stay! The accommodation was just as clean, modern and very cozy as in the photos. The location was perfect, everything was easily accessible and yet quiet. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the host - super friendly, helpful and always quickly available for questions. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation for those looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The building is easily accessible and in a very central location. The interior is as shown in the photos. Clean and tidy. Although it was a little cramped, the room cleaner had made the room spacious and it deserved its price. The only problem was that the insulation was a little bad, the sounds in the kitchen were coming to me because I was on the ground floor and the sounds upstairs were also heard. Other than that, everything was great, thank you for the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay, the location of the apartment is perfect, nice neighborhood, great restaurants and cafes around. Enjoyed the balcony in the apartment a lot, too. Seda was very helpful, kind and always reachable. Great host.

I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It’s compact but beautifully and thoughtfully designed — everything felt very functional and comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. The apartment is well-equipped with quality appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vacuum cleaner, which made day-to-day living very easy. There’s also a small terrace that brings in fresh air and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location is great — the neighborhood has a relaxed, interesting vibe, and I enjoyed spending time in the area. Mehmet was kind enough to offer me an early check-in and shared some helpful local recommendations as well. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay! Thank you, Mehmet ☺️

We had an amazing stay at this great apartment. Clean place, with everything you need for your stay. Location of the apartment is perfect, best neighbourhood, lots of cool places nearby. Would defeniltely come back for another long weekend!

Good place to stay in the heart of Kadiköy. Flexible check-in possible and Anil accommodated us with the checkout, as we were traveling with a small child. Everything is easily accessible. Supermarket Restaurants right on the property. In about 5-10 minutes you will be at the port of Kadiköy. Communication was very good from the beginning and the place very clean.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Clean flat, with lots of space.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

The apartment was spotless and quiet, with beautiful views from the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring Cihangir and beyond. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect; I would gladly come back!

I can only echo what everyone else has said. The location is brilliant and having spent a week in the city we wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. We felt safe, slept peacefully and made the most of the great local restaurants and coffee shops. It was our favourite neighbourhood by far but equally very close to all the main sights. The house is beautiful presented and super clean. Places like this are exactly why we use airbnb all around the world. It was a home away from home with everything we could’ve needed. 5 stars from us!

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.
